2)  You understand that the merrymurder games are sold as a downloadable product in PDF file format.  You therefore understand that, since they cannot be returned, we cannot offer a refund in any circumstances.

(That is why each game has its own mini web on this site, so that you can make a fully informed purchase.  And we also allow you to download the free merrymurder "The Pungent Pumpkin Poisoner", so that you can see the type of product you will be purchasing!)

3)  You agree not to use the games for commercial/fund raising purposes.  If you do wish to use the games for such purposes, please contact me to arrange terms.
