THE INVESTIGATION PANEL
You are a freelance porn
star hoping to make it big in the industry. Mainstream porn stars usually
have an exclusive contract with a particular studio for a set number of
movies. However as a freelance, you get contracted for one scene at a time.
Although this allows you to work across all the porn studios in LA, work
cannot be guaranteed. It is a bit of a hand to mouth existence.
Venus Mount has been employing you for
various scenes in “Pleasure Island”. Therefore you have been working
intimately with the six main suspects in her murder. Recognising that you
could have valuable inside information with which to help solve her murder,
Lieutenant Gulp has asked you to form part
of the Investigation Panel that will help unravel the circumstances of her
death. You have willingly accepted. Venus’s death has created a huge amount
of publicity. If you can solve her murder, that publicity will be directed
at you. This can only help further your dreams of porn stardom.
During the investigation you will be interrogating the six suspects, trying
to force them into making damaging confessions. You will also be discovering
clue objects that will help throw light on the murder. And you may be
invited to temporarily take on the role of a “mystery witness”. These
characters turn up unexpectedly during the game to give startling and often
unwelcome evidence!
