MURDER AT THE NORTH

I am Tubby Reindeer, a trainee reindeer who has recently come to work for Father Christmas. Before working at the North Pole I lived at Butterworth Zoo. It was a very nice place to live. Pleasant animal neighbours and lots of good food. I am partial to good food, as you can perhaps tell by my slight paunch. I was very popular with the zoo visitors. I loved the adoration and it made me think “Just imagine the fans you would have if you were one of Father Christmas’s reindeers, like Rudolph or Blitzen!” And so I came to the North Pole as a trainee. However it has not turned out as I expected. In the run up to Christmas I have been listening to the “Christmas Book Discussion” series on the radio. There is another discussion being broadcast today and I don’t want to miss it. |
