The Ice Sculptor, a Russian, had come to Christmas Land to sculpt a magnificent set of Ice Gates for the new ice security railings that have been erected around Christmas Land. These railings, designed by Long Beard and installed by Bluddengutz and his brothers, are designed to keep Christmas Land protected from unwanted intruders, such as Eskimo Nelly and Frosty the Killer Snowman. Using one of the Ice Caves just outside Christmas Land as his workshop, and drawing water from the Ice Hole, the sculptor had indeed made a magnificent set of gates, much to Father Christmas's and Mrs Christmas's delight. He had also agreed to sculpt a magnificent ice sleigh to be the centrepiece of tonight's thank you party. The Ice Sculptor was very fond of children and had expressed his appreciation to the Christmases for their hard work each year in making December 25th such a success around the globe. |
