Aged crone and the most notorious witch in France

I am La Voisin, she of the black cowl, wild grey hair, crooked nose and magic powers!  I am the most famous witch in France!  Older than the hills and wiser than the stars!  Take care not to upset me - I have unlimited power at my fingertips.  My powers of prophecy are legendary.  I can gaze into your palm and foretell your future.  Or look into my crystal ball and betray your past.  Why, even the late, great Cardinal Richelieu, when he was a young man, consulted me.

Although I roam far and wide, this region of France is my home.  My reputation attracted royalty.  Louis XV himself came here, hoping to meet me.  I generously obliged and read the crystal for him.  Though whether he liked what I saw is another matter!  (Give a shriek of laughter)
