HOW MERRYMURDERS WORK

There are two types of merrymurder games.

FULL PARTY MERRYMURDERS - For Large Groups

Full Party Merrymurders are full party games where each guest takes the part of a specific character.  Invitations will usually be sent out in advance, allowing the guests time to devise a suitable costume.  You can find out more about how full party merrymurders work here.

TABLE TOP MERRYMURDERS - For Small Groups

Table Top Merrymurders are specially adapted versions of the Full Party Merrymurder Games.  They are played around a table and require fewer people, since some players will be voicing the part of more than one character.  As there is no need to prepare a costume in advance, these games can be played impromptu.  You can find out more about how table top merrymurders work here.

I devised the Table Top versions because:

   ♦  It is not always easy to find enough guests to fill every part of a large game.

   ♦  Since they can be played around the table, they do not need as much space as a full merrymurder game.

   ♦  For the more adult story-lined merrymurders (eg Natural Porn Killers), you may only have a small number of friends who you feel happy to do this sort of game with.
