CLUES

In every merrymurder a variety of clues will turn up to throw light on the mystery. These clues may be discovered by either investigators or suspects. When they turn up, they will be displayed on a "Clue Table", so that everyone can inspect them. The clues may be in the form of objects or documents. In "The Murder of Mrs Whyte" there are two sets of clues, one a set of clue objects, the other a set of clue documents.

Each clue will usually compromise a suspect who will have some explaining to do. At the end of the game the Chief Investigator, in his dramatic denouement speech, will explain how he has used the clues to come to his opinion on who is the guilty party.
